Elena Rossman, President and Music Director of AADGT (www.aadgt.org ) is a classical piano professional (elenarossman.com) known for nurturing exceptionally gifted musicians worldwide. With a focus on early musical development, she has garnered acclaim from leading figures like Martha Argerich, Evgeny Kissin, Professor Anna Kantor and Moscow Conservatory Professor Lev Naumov.

Ms. Rossman has taught master classes globally and has mentored talents like Aimi Kobayashi, who achieved recognition at the Chopin Competition (Warsaw, Poland).

Elena Rossman’s students have achieved national and international success. They have gone on to win competitions and become successful professional musicians. Her students have obtained first and advanced degrees from the Juilliard School (USA), Manhattan School of Music (USA), Moscow Conservatory (Russia), New York University, The Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University, Royal Academy of Music (UK), and other leading international music institutions. Elena Rossman has been a piano faculty member at Italian, German, Spanish, and Luxembourg music festivals.

Elena Rossman holds an MA in Piano Pedagogy and Performance from the former Soviet Union, studying under Viktor Afanasiev, a pupil of Professor Heinrich Neuhaus of the Moscow Conservatory.
