Voice program

The Vocal Program is geared toward young singers, who need to concentrate on their technique, Italian diction, physical awareness and would like to gain valuable performance experience.

This course offers extensive daily voice lessons, diction lessons, interpretation master classes, audition preparation and body work. Our faculty includes Eva Mei, Jennifer Larmore, Francesca Geretto, Twyla Robinson, Suzanne Ramo, Christiana Serafin de Ocampo, He-Ion Seo, Alessandro Alonzi and others.

As Music Fest Perugia is primarily a performance festival; participants of the Vocal Workshop will have the chance to participate in our Marathon Recital series and other public concerts. All this within an intensive two-week program.

Every year we produce a full dress Opera or in concertante fashion which is at a heart of our vocal program and for which most voice students are eager to audition.

Next year we are producing "Le Nozze di Figaro" concertante on August 5.

Auditions for students will be held in November in Milan, Rome, New York, Texas and Tel Aviv. Details to follow.

The program is also valuable for young students in various arts high schools and universities in preparation for the upcoming school year. Along with a chance to acquire new repertoire we wish to inspire students and give them the opportunity of performing in public.
