Please read the following instructions very carefully, as all information must be submitted in order to confirm your registration for Music Fest Perugia 2026.

Please ensure all fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled in. You must complete this form in its entirety, including all required attachments, to successfully register. You should set aside about 10 minutes to do so.

Registration for the summer of 2026 opens on the 1st of January, 2026.
Your initial registration may include either a DEPOSIT of 350 EURO or the TOTAL FEES for your program which are listed in the column to the right.

Registration deadline is May 1st, 2026.

The 350 Euros registration fee is entirely non refundable. If full payment is not received by the deadline, MFP reserves the right to refuse the refund of the deposit, and your registration will no longer be active. The refund of fee is entirely at the discretion of the board. Refunds are issued by way of selective process and usually only on presentation of medical certificates. Professor cancellation is not a criteria for tuition reimbursement.

Perugia program for students includes lodging and full breakfast. Other meals are not provided. Entrance to all Music Fest Perugia performances and sponsored events are also free, including our Opera production.

The Music Fest Perugia 2026 will take place in two sessions. The total fee is only applicable to one of the two sessions.
- 1st session: July 23rd (Arrival to Perugia) - August 1st (Departure from Perugia).
- 2nd session: August 3rd (Arrival to Perugia) - August 12th (Departure from Perugia).
[If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later than those dates, you will be asked to pay an additional fee for each night spent in the hotel. We are asking to participants to arrive on the date of the festival, hotel space in the summer is very scant.] Young participants under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by at least one parent. See our auditor program below.

Auditors: MFP is also able to provide excellent lodging in the city center, 2 meals a day and free attendance all festival events to parents and families traveling with young students in Perugia upon purchase of the Auditor ticket. Please contact our executive director, Peter Hermes at musicfestperugia@hotmail.com for reservations and payment information for parents and other family members.

All monies associated with the registration process MUST be sent via international wire transfer in EURO only. Instructions on where to wire the funds are listed in the registration field which follows.

Upon successful submission of all required materials and tuition monies, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provide to us in your registration. Check your spam folder as well, as the confirmation email might end up there. After registration, send us an email so we can revise and accept your profile in our system.

Music Fest Perugia reserves the right to refuse registration to candidates not considered satisfactory, and also reserves the right to exclude participants who may interfere with the smooth proceedings of the festival.
Accounts of registered participants who have not attended the festival in more than three years will be deleted.
All legal issues are adjudicated in the Israeli courts.
