Honored as Artist-in-Residence Fellow by The Cleveland Orchestra The winner of: Cooper International Piano Competition MTNA Piano Competition Chautaqua Piano Competition Arthur Dann Piano Competition In 2005, he was admitted to Oberlin Conservatory with full scholarship studied with Robert Shannon. While in America, he has been selected to the Gilmore Music Festival to work with Leon Fleisher. He had comment “ Da has extraordinary talents, amazing technique and perfect octaves.” In 2008, Da has been chosen to work with the famous pianist Pierre-Laurent Aimard, who is the last student of Messiaen. ” Da has give nearly 50 solo concerts over 30 cities in the U.S. Including Kennedy Music Center, Carnegie Hall, and Severance Concert hall. He also performs with numerous orchestras, including Cleveland Orchestra, Cincinnati Orchestra, Oberlin Orchestra and Utah Orchestra etc.
